The book doesn't look like a professional attempt to explain a difficult matter. It looks more like a cook book you can sometimes find attached to a newspaper. There are all basics information you would need to know when running a limited company. You have exemplary forms, information about law requirements, etc. But it is not a definite guide, rather like a limited set of points explained in more details but not covering some subjects which would be probably too difficult to explain in such book. And I was very suprised when I noticed that couple of pages are advertisements of companies which help setting up limited companies. Maybe it is another reason why it looks more like a part of a newspaper than a serious book. However, there is also a good side. If you need some help with setting up such company you have already got advertisements you can have a look at ;-)
