Phew!!! Forgiving Gia leads off exactly where saving Abel finished. Poor Gia left broke, shattered and suicidal, but don't worry help comes in the guise of Abel's father and chance Abel's right hand man chance ,who is anicdotes are hilarious.
They fly her out as the band are on their European tour to get her man back.
Abel feels loss and devastation himself thinking he had been duped by another female who only wants one thing from him.
The two finally meet again and it's a steady progress of healing and opening up more especially on Gia's behalf as she battles with bi polar and other emotional issues.
I loved seeing the relationship blossom onto new levels in this book and how Gia craves Abel's dominance more and more which makes Abel more than happy.
No cliffhanger this time but the story concludes in Avenging us.
Sex scenes are just as hot in this book as the last..
This is the 2nd book in the series.

Oh yeah! Abel Gunner is back and twice as sexy and twice as domineering! And let's not forget, twice as messed up. Forgiving Gia is powerful and gripping and extremely filthy !

After the almighty cliff hanger that Gina left us with in book 1, I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into this and find out how book 2 would pan out. Gina didn't disappoint in the slightest. Book 3 cannot come out quick enough for me.

A most definite 5 star read.

As with saving Abel, too much swearing, some editing issues and some of the themes a little repetitive. Again though, I did get drawn into the characters and found I missed them once I'd finished the book.

I really liked how the author wrote about the mental health issues that Gia has, I also loved Mr Gunner. Damn at times I was like who is Abel!? Hello Mr Gunner!!
But Abel kept coming back in to my heart and taking over. He worshipped Gia, and was so lost without her. And I loved that he never tried to replace her.
I really enjoyed the Cindy and Woody situation.
Ender annoyed me horrendously at times. How does he get away with being a uber noob
I really thought the leak was someone else at times.
Writing was amazing

Reviewed by Tracey Lou Parker on behalf of Kindle Friends Forever.

The long awaited sequel to Saving Abel had finally landed; in my Kindle! How excited I was to receive the honour of yet again, reviewing a book written by Gina Whitney.

The story continues exactly where it had left off. Abel had flown half way around the world to go on tour with his band feeling betrayed by Gia. And Gia? Well, the gal in question was left standing all alone feeling completely devastated, totally suicidal. Gina feeling fragile, is a lost soul without her soul mate, completely shuts off from the world. In steps; the most unlikely saviour; Abel’s dad. He gathers her up, takes her half way around the world, and reunites her with her loved one; his son.

Abel sits alone feeling desolate and in pain, drowning his sorrows to get through the hours and days, missing his beloved Gia. After being confronted by his dad, Abel is devastated to learn how leaving Gia had affected her so much. After many hours of talking and sharing details; traumas of times gone by, they both come to the conclusion that their love would overcome any obstacles.

One such obstacle is Abel’s hard faced ex-girlfriend, Morgana. I really disliked this bitchy woman who very conveniently continued to haunt their lives and cause as much chaos and pain as she possibly could. The story follows the couple on a self-discovery of themselves and of each other. The intimate moments still steamed up my glasses; however, their story also filled me with such warmth as they were ‘that’ couple for me! So much in love— me? I turned me into a soppy mess!

I loved that he called her his beauty. The name just seemed to fit her to a tee. I felt quite envious of the love and tenderness Abel showed towards Gia.

A BIG 5 ★★★★★ Rating.
Wow with the cliffhanger that the first book ended on, I cannot tell you how excited I was to recieve Forgiving Gia...... I don't think Excited is a strong enough word.
I absolutely love Gina Whitney and her writing she knows how to rock it.
In true Gina form she couldn't just give us what we're used to she always has to aim higher, and she did it seamlessly with this book.

We left the last book with Abel Gunner kicking Gia to the curb.
Gia is left broken hearted and not able to move, it's like her life is going into oblivion.

What can she do ? She was too late, she should have told Abel sooner.

Abel heads away on his European tour, with his life in tatters and we all know how Abel takes lifes bad situations ..... getting high drinking himself into abyss. In true Abel formhe does that and more.

The things that unfold in this book I never imagined happening.

The only spoiler I will give you is that Abel's dad is the one to fix the burnt bridges between with Abel and Gia and wow what an emotional time this is .... I never imagined falling for his dad, but this book you see a different side to his dad and it truly captured a piece of my heart.

In this book you get to delve into parts of Abel's childhood and find out why he is the way he is, its truly heartbreaking.

The story may take on a deeper role in this book, but don't think it lets you down on the hotness factor, it in no way does that in fact I think its a lot more erotic and beautiful this time.
There's a scene in the book that involves an elevator and a sex scene between Abel and Gia that will get your pulse racing .... seriously, it makes 50 shades life scene seem like plain old vanilla .
