Product Description

Peter (Jason Segel) is a struggling musician who finds his world turned upside down when his TV celebrity girlfriend, Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell), dumps him for a tragically hip rock star. It's the hysterically funny look at how far one man will go to forget a girl - and all the fun he finds along the way

A fantastic rom com. And yes they exist! I don't care much for the unoriginal, and the rom com genre suffers more than most under the weight of clichés, but this movie is hilarious, quotable and unique. Love or hate Russell Brand, he is perfectly cast and, along with all the other peripheral characters, shines. Kristen Bell plays the character you're supposed to hate with more depth than expected and the unlikely romantic pairing of Jason Segal and Mila Kunis feels so natural in this clever script.

I have the US unrated edition of this Blu-Ray, but there aren't too many differences, the picture quality is top rate and the sound also. 9/10 - worth the upgrade? Well if you've the proper equipment then yes - the extras are great and well worth a viewing.

I was a little weary before viewing, I had seen and loved Superbad and Knocked Up so that swayed me but I was worried of seeing an OTT chick flick and downright dull comedy. What I got instead was a pretty hilarious movie with just the right amount of romance and a whole lot of vulgar comedy also - the film might start a little slow but once we arrive in Hawaii, it doesn't look back. Having the gorgeous Rachel Jensen on board certainly helps but she isn't there just to add to the scenery, her role in the movie is great alongside Jason Segel.

My favourite part has to be the end, absolutely bizarre but hilarious - I want to see a feature length Dracula Musical now!
Without plot ruining, Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a typical rom-com with more than your average number of twists and naturally crude jokes.

There are some great cameo's in the movie from the Knocked Up / Superbad / 40 Year Old Virgin brigade - Bill Hader, Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill are great in their respected roles and are fast becoming favourites of mine - the new Apatow projects really have taken comedy movies to a new level over the next few years. Russell Brand who is a take it or leave it kind of guy, personally I leave him in the UK stand-up, but playing the cocky rock star Aldus Snow he is genius - one of the best characters of recent years, every time you see him on screen you know you will end up laughing.

I could go on, but I've done so enough already, so, finally, I will say, that those who liked Knocked Up, Superbad, and 40 Year-Old Virgin, will certainly enjoy this movie. I, personally, would rank it 2nd to Superbad and highly recommend this movie.

9 out of 10.

Don't have enough superlatives for this. Brilliant, honest, heart-felt and funny. I think it's a great balanced look at a break-up and acknowledging the role of both parties in the end of the relationship. Add some great Aldous Snow songs, a great supporting cast and the Dracula musical, and you're on to a winner!

There are so few genuinely funny comedies these days! This film is an exemption. Very funny characters, I enjoy re-watching it from time to time.

Great movie... I only wish that it had not cut out the scene where he sings 'Peter you suck' before talking to his brother and then going to Hawaii. Its a movie that will make you laugh for sure!

I love this film, It's my fave feeling-rough-on-a-Sunday film.
If only there was a Dracula musical in existence, it would be fantastical.

True to life and very funny. Russell Brand is excellent. Hawaii is stunning. Mila Kunis is beautiful and is a deadringer for the elusive and beguiling Fiona McLean.
If you want a laugh you can't go wrong with this fantastic comedy! It had me in stitches...
