About the Author

Fran Warde trained as a professional chef and cooked all over the world. In Britain she ran a successful restaurant and catering business, before setting up her own cookery school. Fran was Food Editor of Red magazine for five years and now contributes to a number of publications including Olive, BBC Good Food, The Times Magazine and Waitrose Food Illustrated. She is the author of best-selling cookbook Eat Drink Live for Ryland Peters & Small, and The French Kitchen, which she co-wrote with novelist Joanne Harris.

Format: Hardcover
A friend gave me this cookbook recently and I have really enjoyed using it. It is simple to use and its format is quite novel. The menus she suggests are tasty and instructions are, I think, pretty accurate. Well worth trying!

I have this book now for many years and I still use it a lot for entertaining. This book is useful all year round. I think this book should be in everyones cookingbook library! I so much like the book, I have given this book as a present to many of my friends. It is a shame it is out of production.
