It comes nicely packed as always with Amazon and the pattern is really striking. Its printed on both sides of the pot. The handle is large and easy to grip and the spout is angled well to prevent drips.
My only gripe would be the capacity. It holds almost 1 litre which sounds alot but I do struggle to get 4 mugs out of it when I have visitors but if you were to use small mugs or even cups then there shouldnt be a problem.
Many people have admired this and I would reccommend it as a good alternative to the plain "boring" coffee pots which are on sale at roughly the same price (at time of listing). I also like the fact that this has been designed by Nina Jarema who is from the Ukraine and the patterns are inspired by her life and childhood.
Well worth the money.
I bought it purely for ornamental purposes but it is quite functional as well.
Not much more can be said. Either you like or you don't - I do.
Not just that. It is very usable. Not that I would subject it excessive heat but it is good for warming tea/ coffee on the hob. Teapot spout is unusual, but prevents pouring mistakes.
I like to drink from a teacup that does not hold very much, and was tipping drinks from mug to cup, to get the volume of drink I want. This item holds about a litre, ie. several cups. The teapot has a similar function, but I would not put coffee in mine, nor place it on the hob.
I have recently been preparing for power cuts. I have been having a few, for one reason or another. This has including making hot drinks, without gas or electricity. The initial search for an externally heat able pot led me to this item.
I am very pleased with it. I did not anticipate looks, charm and ergonomics, thrown in. Might look at the complementary items, to match. Shhhhhhh. Don't tell everyone.
The spout pours really well. The only problem is the lid. The lip is far too small to grip. Makes an attractive originate when not in use.
