I've got a copy of this and it's preety good. There's a good overview of all the 'main' martial arts and an overview of some of the lesser known ones too. There's info on techniques, history, philosophy etc.
If you're looking for something with a bit of everything this is it. BUT, it's not a 'learning tool'.
Have fun and enjoy your art!
