Obviously they aren't very durable, although they'll often take a few days of roughish treatment. When they do break, try to keep the nosecones and propeller bits to mend future planes as these parts are easily lost.
My nephews aged five to thirteen squabbled over these - always a good sign of a toy's desirability. They'd be a great addition to kids' party bags.
I highly recommend these small planes to any one but buy them in bulk to get the real value. They fly quite well in a light wind and my son loves them... I will be buying more when these are all gone but we still have over 40 left in the box and we've had them for a few months now!!
he had so much fun i have got 3 boxs to give to all the little boys in my family so they can all crash them in the garden!
they do bend as they are just printed on polistiren they have small parts the spinning propelor but they love them they keep the not broken bits and then out comes the selotape to make there own planes with two wings or two bodys! or propelors on each wing! very good and a must have in any kind life, better than a paper plane!
Same packaging & designs as when you were 7 years old (though do assemble with an adult or a kid may bend the styrene straight out of the pack.
These fly so well, which is part of the nostalgic experience, sure fire winners any day in party packs, for fetes, or as I do keeping a few in the glovebox of the car so if my child is hanging around & bored whilst out we have an option for play.
give thee a bit of space in a garden or park (even a street) they will eventually break but oh what fun in the meantime!
(this brand is probably the reason I never learnt to fold a paper plane (& still can't) ...because these are so much better.
The propeller is, as always a nice touch spinning as it glides through the air, (remember those searches for a lost prop? scouring the "flightpath"
Be gentle with it & have fun, buy a box & make a party go with a bang, just be prepared to show & perhaps make the first planes for your kid as they tend to be kackhanded (never glued an airfix model in their lives) until you are sure they aren't going to bust it straight out of the packet, these are just polystyrene you know!
All the favourites are there, supermarine spitfires (several variants), hurricane, focke wulf ...& the others we used to rummage through, invariably the japanese planes were always left as I recall!
So don't give them a choice give em a plane, they ALL fly well.
