I am using this book to help me return to riding after a serious accident (not riding related) Having injured several joints and having had three operated on over an 18 month period i am, to say the least stiff. This book, along with a yoga video are helping me stretch out stiffnesses and regain mobility and strength. there are good pictures and descriptions. A small book so does not over face you and, although it does give you explanations of how you use the muscles being worked on in ridden work, it does not give you reams of unnecessary technical information. Short and concise.
