A useful booklet for those who strive to make matched arrows but the Kindle edition is extremely irritating. The booklet comes with tables and diagrams and photographs. The tables are either a mess or else they require magnifying. some "Figures" appear to be missing and the text has not been properly edited. Stick with the printed version - there is nothing to be gained from having this on a Kindle.

I am not sure why others have given this book less than 5 stars, I've been into archery for at least 20 years and most of the info was new to me. I followed the instructions albeit with purchased tools, and I have made two, beautiful arrows, and in all honesty with a little more time could be better than my very expensive purchased set. I crested the arrows and shot both yesterday, what can I say, fantastic. I won't ever buy arrows again. A great book. Well done Mr.author......

A good little book for traditional archers wishing to make their own matched sets of arrows, for Target ,Field, or Clout shooting.

Didn't give as much information as expected. I already knew most of what was in the book and was looking for more technical stuff.

a well researched and concise guide to the art of arrow making. the emphasis is on matching wooden arrows and the spine weight. there is very little on fletching the shafts but this is a very worthwhile addition to a toxopholists library.

It really goes into Fletching in a serious way. A book to be read and read again and then to be close at hand whilst you make your arrows

A interesting book, more plans on how to make the various bit and bobs would be good but the information is there.
