This is a must for all Pink Floyd fans. The sound on the DVD is fantastic, the stereo mix is 2 Gigabytes alone... The CD's are more the bonus than the DVD which contains the exact same material.

The interesting thing about the concert is to see the crowd getting more and more involved in the proceedings as the show goes on. The 5 song run from the solo career towards the end gets a great response and deservedly so. Great band, great repertoire and for us all to enjoy again and again.

I bought this because I just invested £50 in tickets for the May 07 gig in Birmingham. I wasn't sure what to expect, and thought I might be disapointed as it wasn't a Floyd line up - How wrong can you be?

(Check out Doyle's strat - Lefthanded body, righthanded machine head, and strung upside down!).

If the Brum Gig is only half as good as this it will be worth every penny. Floyd fans buy this - Don't dither, just do it.

I have been a Floyd fan for 25 years or so and have always tried to avoid the Roger Waters vs David Gilmour debate although reading through the sleeve notes here, you can tell that Roger was still obviously a bit upset with "the other band", to use his words!

Anyway, take Rog's comments with a pinch of salt and enjoy the DVD. It also comes with a double CD, or is it the other way round? Some diverse Floyd material, some nice new arrangements of old pieces and the usual smattering of great musos. Lack of sax solo on "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" is initially a disappointment but it's definitely a grower.

Don't expect to compare with Pulse, released by "the other band" a few years earlier. Roger's "In the Flesh" show lacks the visual spectacle but it is still highly enjoyable. As you would expect, it is quite Americanised. I also tend to skip Roger's solo material...

The stereo mix is nice and clear on both the DVD and CD. I can't comment on the 5.1 mix.

Saw the DVD many years ago but saw a clip on Youtube that made me seek it out. The live recording is exceptional and the quality of the band Watrers assembled is first class. Even if you have Pink Floyd live versions of the songs I would still recommend you pick this up.

Excellent value as the pack contains the 2 C Ds plus the DVD of the concert in Oregon. The DVD presents home viewing which is equal to being at the concert when you turn up the base and the volume on the surround sound.WOW !!

Whilst this lacks the visual spectacle we have come to expect, the performances are the draw here and I think even surpass those by the "other band". The bonus behind-the-scenes documentary is fascinating also, from Roger's plan to audition a local saxophonist at each venue of the tour to play Dick Parry's part in "Money", to the moment Andy Fairweather Low was to go on stage but had no socks to wear!

This is a brilliant album. If you like Roger Waters and Pink Floyd this is a MUST HAVE!! His versions of the Pink Floyd songs are not too far from the original but given an edge! Waters solo stuff is of course brilliant!! The cd's are great listening and the DVD an added bonus. BUY IT!!!

As an ardent Floyd fan and Gilmour/Waters I added this album to collection and whilst it's typically Waters for me it doesn't quite push all the buttons. I'm for sure not saying it's a bad album far from it, but I find vocally and in places musically in needs a 'lift'. Big fan of Waters, but at times he needs to lighten up a touch.
