Product Description

Low-budget horror. A century after notorious occultist Alfred Fischer died in mysterious circumstances, an elite team of para-psychologists investigates his deserted mansion for clues. They discover that Fischer was killed after summoning insatiable, flesh-eating demon women, and as the team investigates further, it seems the restless spirits of these evil creatures continues to haunt the confines of Fischer's mansion. Before long the team are under seige themselves from remorseless zombies and from the same female demons who murdered Fischer all those years ago.

If you can put up with movies with pocket money budgets, extremely bad acting, unknown actors, ridiculous plots, crappy dialogue, and scenes of complete pointlessness, then you'll probably get through watching "Flesh for the Beast" without suffering too much infront of your TV.

It's a film that's basically been aimed at the gore hound out there, and I being one of them will enjoy this film more than most, even if the gore did look pretty damn fake. As for the plot...I won't waste another word on that. It's an absolute sleaze-fest, and all you'll find yourself doing is waiting for the next gory death or sex scene to occur. Though it may be a beyond poor movie, I applaud the Director for putting out a movie which isn't watered down and softened to make it more marketable like Hollywood do.

So, entertain it does - you'll either be howling with laughter at how bad it sucks or be revelling in the sight of blood drenched intestines and the sexy nakedness of the seductive ladies.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Bad acting, poor dialogue, dodgy special effects. This film is basically soft porn with lots of blood.

The premise is quite a good one and the movie does start quite well, introducing the characters and attmepting to build a sense of dread and forboding in the audience; lots of shots of dark rooms and things half seen. Shortly after the first (of many) sex scene this quickly degenerates into somethign so poor it's laughable. The gore (and there's lots of it) isn't very convincing.

If you love naked women playing in a pool of blood and intestines then watch this film. Otherwise, avoid like the plague.

This movie proves that gore alone does not satisfy, especially when the gore is as bland and unsatisfying as that found in this first release from the guys at Media Blasters and Shriek Show. The box this film comes in isn't bad, though; it actually makes the movie sound promising to a gore-hound such as me. The selection of extra features included on the DVD also led me to believe that the movie was one I could sink my teeth into, quenching a little of my perpetual thirst for horror in the process. Unfortunately, things go downhill quickly as soon as you open the box. Director Terry West seems proud of this movie, and that makes me feel a pang of guilt when I declare Flesh For the Beast one of the most boring, bland, uninteresting horror films I've ever seen.
All of the action in this low-budget disappointment takes place inside a haunted mansion. The back-story to the plot, as if it really even matters, revolves around the man who built the house originally (it was a house of ill repute, by the way) and his acquisition of a certain amulet resembling a frog who has just been flatted by a steam roller. Sergio Jones plays John Stoker, a man who bought the house five years ago and has been trying to rid it of its ghostly manifestations. Our would-be heroes (or nitwits, as the case would be) are the latest team to try and bring peace to the house; unfortunately, most of them end up trying to "get a piece" (if you know what I mean) and forget all about trying to restore peace.

The chance to see Caroline Munro enticed me to buy this DVD. I watched her brief appearance (and her interview in the 'extras' section) and skipped through a small section of this film before turning it off and later selling it online!!

The film is VERY gory, badly acted and cheaply produced. For fans of Caroline Munro I'd recommend buying her 'First Lady of Fantasy' DVD via her fan club - a much nicer way to see this glamorous lady and learn more about her career.

Unless you enjoy mindless rubish avoid this film at all costs!

A group of paranormal investigators check out a haunted brothel. They divide up meet a demon/ghost that treats them to their sexual fantasy and then eats them. Pretty much it. Something about an amulet too. Terrible film all around especially the masks. 3 stars for the full frontal nudity.

Parental Guide: F-bombs, sex, nudity (Jane Scarlett of "Satan's Schoolgirls", Caroline Hoermann, Barbara Joyce of "Satan's School for Lust", Ruby LaRocca who is in many Misty Mundae films)
