I found this book to be totally absorbing. The plot was really engaging and full of twists & turns, leaving you guessing throughout the journey. It was certainly gruesome in parts, and because of the fast paced plot I found it a real page turner - I even stayed up late to find out how it ended. Highly recommended if you don't scare too easily.

Not what I expected, but I thoroughly enjoyed this supernatural tale of the occult. Engaging characters, gripping, gory. Little disappointed with the ending. I was left with some unanswered questions, but overall a good read. Would certainly read this author again.

Flee is a book that screams out to be made into a film, the author Caroline Gebbie has done a wonderful job of holding the reader's attention from the first to the last page.

When I say this is a brilliant suspenseful read it means a lot because I love reading and writing horror/thrillers and it takes a lot for me to say it was a real page turner, but is was and I found myself thinking about this story long after I had finished reading it and it left me unable to get to sleep, kept churning over in my head.

If you like horror you will not go wrong buying Flee. I very highly recommend it and feel sure this author will become a best seller if she continues to write this well  Looking forward to her next book with anticipation.

If you can survive this book, you can survive anything. I must have lost 14lbs in weight as the fear poured off me from the minute I started to read Caroline Gebbie's latest novel. We have a master story-teller here - one who knows her genre intimately and expertly with precise, intrinsic knowledge. This novel is gritty, gory and graphic, and is most certainly not for the faint-hearted. It is a terrifying tale as it mercilessly tosses the reader through twists and turns, plots and sub-plots, and if you do make it through, you are left feeling like a limp rag. And if you think you can put it down and walk away, believe me, you cannot. A top-class supernatural and addictive horror story to be read only during daylight hours!

Normally i would not read a horror story. However this came as a recommendation. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the story. The suspense was through out the book and definitely lived up to the title.

I must say, I really enjoyed this book. It is easy to find supernatural books but harder to find anything magik related. If I didn't know better and I mean this as a huge compliment being female myself, I would have thought this book was written by a male author as not many woman write in this genre with such force and talent. I loved the characters and while their relationships were close and loving, there was no mushy stuff. For me, Rosie was the hero and indeed saved the day. Very well written Ms Geebie, you are walking in the footsteps of giants. I would certainly recommend this up and coming author and will be on the look out for more of your work.
