    Bought this & the 4gb version from amazon,both delivery of products
    & items in use were/are...FANTASTIC!!!
    The 16gb obviously gives the user more storage but,both have continued
    to perform to a faultless standard.
    As you can see from the photograph these drives have a handy metal
    cover attached to the casing which,adds to the overall look &,makes
    it very difficult to lose the cover.
    These drive`s are very very easy to use(which is good for me & anyone
    who isn`t great with laptops/pc`s!),just plug in,open when removeable
    drive shows up then,drag & drop as much as you like from one to the other.
    I use these for films,pictures & music & all,are dragged & dropped with
    the greatest of ease & speed.They also work beautifully when connected to
    a blu-ray player,or directly to a flat panel tv,just make sure your
    equipment is compliant.
    Some people have stated that they have had difficulties when deleting
    from these drives,I have NEVER had ANY such problems(remember,I am NOT
    good with pc`s!),you just highlight & press delete..don`t you!!

    I like the USB flash memory with a swivel cap where you can attach a cord ant treat the device rather like a pendant. This makes it more difficult to misplace the USB pr even the cap. I was so pleased to find a 16GB on the Internet at a competitive price. I am a mature student and obviously use my home computer and computers at other sites and do not leave home without my USB friend! I would definitely recommend this product to other computer disciples to gather information.

    Works perfectly as far as loading and then reading files is concerned. However, after deleting files, the formerly used space does not free up straight away. In the end I transferred all the files I wanted to keep elsewhere and formatted the drive which restored all the space.

    And just binned it as unreliable. 15 years of intermittent use, pretty good.

    I've always disliked using DVD/CD's, so having a little gadget like this really helps. 16gb gives me the flexibility to store anything I want, when I want, and with a click of a mouse access, update, and delete what I want. It was about time the "wheel" was re-invented! Would consider buying a 100gb once it becomes more feasible to.

    I have got my order as I requested, but it take long time to receive it. If you plan to work an early time don't do it. but if you want a cheap cost with a good size go ahead.

    I don,t really know where to start, but here goes:- I cannot rate or write a review of this product because it never arrived. The replacement that was sent to replace the original product did not arrive. I was offered another replacement, to replace the replacement that was to replace the original item! Confused?? I opted for a refund, and left negative feedback, as I think the whole episode deserved. The refund has arrived! I was then phoned by a lady from Amazon to ask exactly what the problem was.....well I told her....and she said she was sorry, but my negative feedback was damaging to Amazon and would put off potential customers....now I thought I was a customer, but they do not seem to worried about me, only their reputation! The lady offered me a free gift if I would withdraw my negative feedback, which I thought would be better than nothing so I did withdraw the feedback. The lady said the gift would be posted the next morning, but it is now exactly a week since that conversation and, guess what.....no free gift! I wrote to Amazon on Friday evening to tell them of my dissapointment, and that I wanted to re-submit my negative feedback, and they have not even written back to me, they have just sent me this feedback form.....if this is a case of Amazon customer care then potential buyers beware!!! I have never been so dissapointed. So if your looking for a review of this product...sorry I can't help you...If your looking for a review of Amazon customer care then have another read!!
