Struggled with this book after about 20%, it started off really well and then just went downhill fast. Why do all British characters in books call women love grrrr, I'm British and do not know a single male under the age of 80 who calls anyone love. Just found the story really weak. Not for me & rather gutted that I paid for this

Oh my days, i love friends to lovers romances. And being a British woman i love seeing how people from other cultures write our men. Let me tell you if Sterling was real i would climb that sexy, but arrogant but so sweet man in a heartbeat. However my loyalty lies with Camryn that girl is amazing, there is a part in the book, where she tells herself she is not going to stand to be treated like she is and is prepared to walk away to maintain dignity. Not going to tell you anymore about the scene but this moment shows Camryn will not be messed with heart, body or soul. She is not worth being messed around so i adore her.

For a fun, seriously sexy and flirty friends to possibly red hot lovers romance go pick this book up. Also to see how hot men from my native land are :)

Lots of emotional upheaval and uncertainty (of course), BUT too much like bk 1 - securing inheritance through marriage. Would two friends have the same challenge... don't think so. And why do American authors think men from the UK call everyone 'love' They do not... and just having Sterling say that word was completely against his character. What I did love about both books though is the wicked sense of humour the two male characters had between the two of them.... You just have to chuckle.

I really struggled to read this book till the end. When. You try reading the first few pages you'll understand what I mean. There's so description no really story and many blank parts.

I feel I've been cheated cause it wasn't worth the price I paid for it. I wouldn't recommend for anyone who like a decent romance like I do.

Sterling is far more than he leads people to believe; I was prepared for some intense chemistry between Sterling and Camryn, I wasn't prepared for Sterling's sweet, tender side or his vulnerability under his carefully crafted armour.

As a divorce lawyer, Sterling has seen the worse outcomes of relationships, including his own parents, which has left him understandably bitter and disillusioned. With each case he undertakes only reaffirms his negative stance on the institution of marriage. Although he also feels something is missing in his life, like a missing piece of a jigsaw puzzle, he just doesn't know what it is he's missing. that is until he spends more time with Camryn.

I loved how Noah and Oliva from Hitched were included in the story as both of their best friends, Sterling and Camryn get together.

Forced into a situation which requires Sterling to find a bride in six months if he wants to inherit a fortune, while Camryn acts as his PR/matchmaker. Sterling has his reasons for agreeing to participate in the elaborate scheme to arrange his marriage, utterly selfless in his desire to take care of his mother who has been diagnosed with early onset dementia. A subject that is painfully close to my own heart. this is the second book I have read recently that shows the inequality of healthcare based on available finances. It is very sad how differently people are cared for and the facilities/medication they have access to based on their bank balance.

Camryn also has her own issues with money, left to pick up the responsibility of the debt her ex accrued in her name. She craves financial stability and independence but is ashamed to admit her problems to her friends (including Sterling) due to her embarrassment over her ex's deception.

Sterling is a successful British attorney who specialises in divorce cases which is all the more reason why he doesn't particularly believe in love or marriage as he deals with the fall out on a day to day basis but he ends up in a situation where if he marries within six months he stands to inherit a huge fortune although marriage doesn't appeal to him the money does as it would help care for his mother who has early onset dementia he wants her to have the best treatment and care possible his motive for the money is purely selfless this is where Camryn comes in she's his PR/matchmaker she's going to help him find as wife. The chemistry between them both proves too much to resist and after a few close encounters they end up sleeping together they've both fallen in love with each other but niether one of them speaks up straight away and what follows is a lack of communication and due to a certain incident Camryn's feelings are hurt and she feels betrayed however Sterling comes up trumps and it all works out perfectly proving true love does indeed conquer all. I loved The Fix Up, I'm a huge Kendall Ryan fan and this one didn't disappoint I can't wait till the next one withdrawals have already kicked in.

I was gifted a copy of this book from the author for my honest review.

Ever wondered what would happen if the women you would like to have sex with that's off limits ends up being the women who needs to help you find a wife?

Well in this book you get your answer!
Kendall Ryan has written a great romance book with The Fix Up.

Sterling needs to marry to be able to claim an inheritance but he soon learns he wants to marry for love he's just not sure he can get the one he wants

Camryn loves her job except she doesn't want her new project in helping find a wife for the man she's attracted to.

This story is told from both POV and has some in depth detailing sex but is written so well it will get you hot. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves a good romance with sex scenes written in as well
