this is the best book of its kind I have ever read! it is not a self help book ,but does help you to understand some issues! it is good for anybody experiencing certain mental health problems but more than that anybody who is living with someone with problems will find this very helpful.it is in simple to understand language it does not just talk about symptoms which anybody who has them no all too well! it explains why we feel the way we do and what we can do to help our self ..I would say this is a must read for anybody with bipolar /panic attacks /depression ..well done enda murphy for writing such a great book one of a kind so would highly recommend this book to anybody a MUST READ .

An excellent book on the key issues we all face in our lives today.very easy to read and many times I laughed at the cleaver Dublin humour of the author. It is clear that he is an excellent therapist and knows how to get the message accretion and to help people. Buy it!

Format: Paperback
Enda Murphy has been providing cognitive behavioural therapy in and around Dublin city for many years. He has worked in the HSE, (Health Service Executive), and worked privately. He has recently turned his hand to the lucrative profession of writing books to provide assistance and strategies for everyday living. 5 steps to happiness, unfortunately falls into relying on inspiring but unrealistic advice that quickly grows tedious once the lustre of inspiration wears off. My advice is for you to read or purchase how to make friends and influence people by dale carnegie, this will be a far more rewarding path to happiness. One star ...

Despite the title this is not another self-help book. Instead it just presents a no-nonsense common sense approach to challenging the way you see yourself and interpret your feelings. If anxiety and associated conditions are adversely affecting your life then read this, if you practice what it contains then you can contentedly join the rest of the misfits and oddballs that are human beings!
