FAQs in using this item.
Q1: The nozzle doesn't fit, I can't use the pump.
A: The inserted white plug (air stopper) on the ball must be removed first! Inflation Instruction:
Step 1: Take out the inserted white plug (air stopper) from the ball
Step 2: Insert the tip of the pump into the mouth (built-in variable aperture)
Step 3: Pumping the ball to proper size (usually 10 minutes for a 75cm ball)
Step 4: Quickly replace the white plug back into the hole to stop air leak. Done!
Q2: Ball size is smaller than advertised.
A: Ball is made of rubber which will become much contracted being packed tightly into the box. Thus, keep pumping to stretch the rubber is the key. If it is hard to reach suggested ball size during 1st inflation, users can leave the ball as it is for a day, and then pump again after the PVC material gets fully stretched.
Q3: The pump doesn't pump out air. How to get a replacement for a faulty pump, or a ball?
A: Please 'Contact Seller' directly (other than Amazon Customer Service) from Amazon Buyer Central against this order for a replacement or refund. Seller aims to provide hassle-free service and usually replies most emails in 12 hours.

It arrived yesterday and in the box it comes with the deflated ball, pump which is all in one and already assembled and two stoppers for the ball once pumped up. I initially thought these were attachments to the pump but they aren't - they literally stick in the hole to stop the air coming out.
I pumped and pumped, for a good 10 minutes. You just gently push the pump into the hole and support it so it doesn't keep popping out!
It soon starts inflating and once I got to where I thought was almost capacity I will admit I pumped whilst facing the other way just in case it happened to explode but all was good!
I wasn't sure how much to pump but after testing it out a few times, I could feel when it was too soft and then too hard. Guidelines say your knees are meant to be in line with your hips height wise.
I am around 5"5 and far too heavy than I'd like and I bought the 75cm ball. Once pumped this was a great height at the kitchen table whilst I was working. I would say this is completely true to size.
With it comes a few brief exercises to use but so far all I've done are these;
Whilst sat, keeping upper body still tilt pelvis forwards, then back several times and side to side and circular. All quite slow. Also just try lifting one foot off the floor whilst the other one is on the floor and use upper body and core muscles to balance you. It's not as easy as it seems!
Then for horse riders out there, I straddled the ball and did 'rising trot' just a few minutes to start with but I could definitely feel it.
I will research some more exercises.Read more ›
This product is definitely not worth the very reasonable price, but I guess you get what you pay for!
I'm now looking for a branded ball manufactured in Europe or US as I'm not sufficiently confident in this product to order a replacement. Serious injury could have been sustained had I been using the ball in conjunction with weights or other exercise equipment.
The box states that the ball complies with European Toy Safety and is tested to withstand 250kg. Last time I checked, I didn't weight that much.

Excellent ball and good value. The hand pump was not up to the job for such a large ball. Even a foot pump could struggle to fill up this ball. Read morePublished 8 months ago by dav
