If I could give zero stars for this I would. What fitbit don't advertise is that they're happy for this scale to be out by 2 pounds either side of your weight. Therefore when the scale tells you multiple weights within the space of a few minutes they deem this acceptable. My scale is sometimes showing discrepancies of up to 5 pounds. I have contacted fitbit and got the same instructions multiple times none of which have worked. Now it won't connect to the Wi-Fi either and is therefore useless. Awful product, overpriced and awful customer service when you complain.
This aria 2 was a replacement from fitbit due to the original aria dying suddenly. This scale is completely inaccurate, I can weigh myself on it and immediately do it again and get a difference of 5lb constantly. I've tried all fitbit recommends to re calibrate and I've wiggled the thing around my flat to make sure it's on a level surface and nothing will get it consistent. I'd avoid this scale. It's a set of fancy gimmicks that in the end save you a few seconds of manual logging which just isn't worth it.
Absolutely live this product..! Integration with the FitBit app is key, and has made it so much easier to tuse all my progress towards target BMI I’m trying to hit. Also works great for multiple users, so my partner and I both can track weight, % body fat, BMI etc with our own personal choice of metric/kg or imperial/stones and pounds measurements - it just knows automatically which one of us is using the scales each time.
