Product description

Review

This is what business owner Phill Turner from Reigate, UK had to say... "If You're Stressed And You're In Business You Need this Book! Firstly Andrew helped with me tremendously with various aspects of my health and wellness so I might be a touch biased. BUT this book sums up the key points and really helps if you're in business. The problem is that most people don't do anything until it's too late and I really believe I was heading down that road. Andrew helped me both physically and mentally deal with extreme pressure and deliver. The main benefit for me was energy to do more and to work more if I wanted but with a healthy balance.

Really enjoyed Fit for Business, it's the first book of its kind I've read that has such a holistic, well rounded and practical approach to improving physical and mental health. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their work life balance and manage stress.

Today, the world in which we live (and work) ensures each of us are faced challenges (a never ending supply of them too). Whether these be personal, professional, health related and/or financial these may leave us feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope.

We all know the expression that “often we are our own worst enemy" - failing to acknowledge the existence of ‘issues’ and ill-equipped to plan how to tackle the challenges before we are incapacitated by them.

Andrew’s book therefore is a tremendously helpful insight into the way one can turn our lives around and successfully combat our limiting belief systems, our feelings of being stuck, our personal stressors and guide you in bringing about personal change (one step at a time), if you have the desire, motivation and compelling hunger for change.

I worked with Andrew many years ago, I admired him then, and do so even more now. In sharing his personal challenges, his depths of despair and his new found strength to come through the ‘other-side’ by focussing on vitality, health and success Andrew has set out a path many of us could and should follow. I shed more than one tear in reading of how one life challenge after another left Andrew broken and in despair.

As a fairly ‘chipper/upbeat sort of guy’ myself, I know how our self-doubts and limiting-belief-systems can effect both our short and long term health - as we battle inwardly 'our demons' whilst trying to continue to present an ‘everything is fine’ outward appearance to friends, family and colleagues.

Andrew’s book focuses on ‘prevention' being the key… and it is.

Firstly Andrew helped with me tremendously with various aspects of my health and wellness so I might be a touch biased.

BUT

This book sums up the key points and really helps if you're in business.
The problem is that most people don't do anything until it's too late and I really believe I was heading down that road.
Andrew helped me both physically and mentally deal with extreme pressure and deliver.
The main benefit for me was energy to do more and to work more if I wanted but with a healthy balance.
Don't waste any time thinking about getting this book, I'm sure you won't be sorry you did.
