Colours may vary. The Herbal Heat Pack is 100% natural, it contains no drugs or chemicals. Its treated wheat grains, dried lavender flowers and a secret selection of herbs can give you many hours of relief from aches and pains caused by arthritis, lumbago, rheumatism, menstrual pain and a wide variety of sports injuries. Just heat for 1.5 minutes in a domestic microwave oven (Max 1000 watts). Can also be used as a cold compress for external bruising and swelling by placing in the freezer for 2-3 hours. To optimise the benefits of your herbal wheat pack it is recommended that after each 5 uses you place a small suitable container holding a little water in the microwave during the heating process or place in a refrigerator in an open paper bag overnight. This will maximise the longevity of your heat pack by adding a little moisture back into the grain and prevent any combustion from dry heat.

I suffer from very tender boobs at times and before I bought a heat pack, I found the quickest way to relieve the pain was to have a hot bath. Obviously this isn't always practical! So I tried Cura-Heat disposable heat pads with no success - they were barely luke-warm at best, rubbish really.
So I thought I would give the Herbal Wheat Pack a go...
- It only takes 60 seconds to microwave
- soft to hold and use
- give out enough warmth where it's not luke-warm, but not going to scorch your either.
- It smells of lavender!
I find that the wheat pack does help alleviate my pains within 15 minutes of use. I never put it against bare skin, but over a tea towel or my clothes and works like a charm. Maybe the lavender smell it emits helps calm me too? Once it's cold again, you can reheat it in the microwave.
delighted with this, and really works on pains. Ace!
I am arthritic, and try to keep off pain killers, because of their undesirable side effects. I have found that heat pads are helpful in keeping pain within limits, with no side effects. Well worth a try.
