The information in this book is good. The book itself was a second-hand purchase, and had scribbles inside both the front and back cover, which was not mentioned in the description of the book when I bought it. I don't mind, but it wasn't quite in as good a state that I thought it was going to be. However, as a starter book in face painting, it gives clear and helpful advice and pictures

I am giving this book a generous two stars.
I really did not find this book helpful. I did get maybe one or two ideas but that is streching it. I think the little cheeck art is cheesy. Infact the only two I liked are the full face one of the snow/penquin and the little girl with the flowers and vines on her face. If you are in any way creative this book is not a help to you at all.
The Usborne Book of Face Painting is much more helpful and a bonus to the library of face painting.
