This book is the 6th in the administration series and at the moment it's my favourite as it's a full length novel. It should probably be read after the first five (which I also enjoyed). The characterisation is brilliant, and although none of the characters are what I would describe as 'nice' people, I still found myself on their side. Both Toreth and Warrick have changed along with their relationship as the series progressed, and in this book, some of the other characters were developed as well. The twists in the plot are engrossing and the dystopian future world was convincing.
