3.0 out of 5 stars Not Capon's Best 16 Sept. 2015
By Jeremy Myers - Writing at RedeemingGod - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I like everything that Capon has written, but this book was my least favorite of them all. As usual, he has some great insights and ideas, presented with laugh-out-loud humor and typical Capon wit, but all in all, I couldn't get into this book.
5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful book from a great writer 26 May 2014
By Bijsmom - Published on Amazon.com

I was introduced to Robert Capon through John Crowder's book Cosmos Reborn. I had never heard of him but I really enjoyed the quoted that Crowder put into his own book. Capon has a wonderful sense of humor in addition to a tremendous grasp of Greek. He makes understanding words so easy. While I don't always agree with him, I really enjoy investigating his perspective. I now reading Kingdom, Grace, Judgment. It is a refreshing look at the parables of Jesus.
