Kimberly Knight you truly are a fantastic n talented writer big love to u :)
This is brandons POV
I loved this book!!! I love getting the male pov I always think it adds so much more to an already great story knowing what goes on in the mans head!!!
If you loved him before you will love him even more now!
You get to find out how Brandon feels from the moment he sets eyes on Spencer at the club, all the scenes you love from Where I Need To Be… you get if from his side.
There were some new things added so its not just the same story again and you know now why Brandon reacted the way he did to things, and of course Christy how he really felt about her and deals with her.Theres also a lot more to the friendship with Jason and Becca, how they were always there for him and that was great to read about, you never get the feeling that you are re reading the first book which is great and down to the amazing writing skills of Kimberly.
Brandon is one hot man…I loved him so much more by the end of reading this book!
The Vegas Dance being one of my favourite scenes!
This is great read and a fantastic addition to a wonderful set of books cant wait for the next novella
I loved the story from Spencer's point of view in Where I Need To Be but to be treated to a big glimpse of the story from within Brandon's mind has been a real treat. I have just finished reading my review copy of Finding Spencer and have utterly fallen in love again with Brandon. He fights hard and loves harder and to see what we see through his eyes has reaffirmed and reinvented the story for me!
I love that we see a lot of the key scenes between him and Spencer in Finding Spencer but it is refreshing to see how he reacted and felt. There are also gaps in the original story that are filled too as we get to see what happens when Brandon is away. I melted at times listening to his side of things and just how he felt about Spencer seriously had me in puddles! Don't get me wrong, he's sweet and caring but hot as hell too! I must admit this novella comes with its fair share of steamy scenes too and oh my god if I didn't love him just that bit more for trying to hold out and keep to the three-date rule. You just feel for the poor guy and his sexual frustrations in the beginning!
I love the man banter with Jason too and his relationship with Becca in particular was very sweet. And his take on Christy, well all I will say is that if you hated her before, then you'll absolutely loathe her after this!
One other thing I really liked was that, although we know the story already, Kimberly has highlighted the major scenes in Brandon's POV but in no way does she totally re-write the entire book.Read more ›
Was asked to review this book and was all over this story when I found out it was from the guy's POV. I absolutely love these especially when in the girl version they are all sweet and in reality when being all sweet all they have is dirty thoughts. Kimberly had it all right with the guy's POV. It was brilliant and gave you the male insight that was missing from Where I Need To Be.
You do need to read Where I Need to Be first to understand the full story as a lot of details and story are left out but this is still an amazing book and beautifully written from a guy's POV. It's good to see a different side to Brandon and see how he was thinking during the important scenes from book 1. Gives you another perspective told in his POV. Kimberly fills in some gaps and also adds new elements to the story explaining a bit more about why Brandon was the way he was.
Great addition to the B&S Serie. Totally recommend this book to everyone. If you haven't picked out WINTB yet make sure you do!
Overall really enjoyed reading Finding Spencer even more so than reading WINTB. Brilliant book to anyone who's a sucker for male POV.
