Good to Know
1. If you are going to leave your printer inactive for more than a couple of days, please retract the filament to protect your printer nozzle.
2. In order to extend the life of your filament, please store it in a dry, sealed bag or box. Preferably, add a packet of Silca Gel to absorb any excess moisture.
3. When storing your filament, please feed the loose end through the holes on the edge of the filament reel to avoid winding, so that it feeds properly when you use it next time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing colour changing filament
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 March 2019
I decided to have a go using a multi-colour filament and see what everyone was saying about the way the models come out so much better than the usual dull colours.
The filament came well packaged with a good seal.
I like the clear spool not like the usual black so I can tell how much filament is left on the spool and what set of colours I am on.
I started a few small prints (didn't want to waste it and get it dialled in on my printer)
The prints came out amazing the quality and effects really does change the print in a great way.
So after playing with a few more smaller prints getting to a colour I wanted to print in I started a 22 hour print.
I know this model would look great as a vase but I wanted a print to hang in the hall something a bit different,
I decided to print a spiral pendulum light and added a hole to the bottom to fit a high power led (photo will be uploaded).
Using Cura 3.5.1 I found 205 on the hotend temperature was good 50 on the bed (I use a magnetic removable bed)
.20 layer height with 20% infill
The model is a whooping 350mm tall.
After being very worried that a 22 hour might fail I set off on getting it started.
I need not worry after hearing the print slide back and watching with anticipation to see how it turned out I was amazed at the colours going through what starts with a light pink to gold, green, light green and purple red .
I know this is a long read but trust me if you're really wanting to try this filament you wont be disappointed.

From a first timer using colour changing filament loving it and will buy this again

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome shiny silky finish, as easy as standard PLA to use.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 March 2019
The filament arrived well packaged as you would expect in a box and vacuum sealed. Before I even opened the packaging I could tell that it is high quality filament. I like that the spool is clear so you can see how much filament is left , it's also handy to see what colour changes are next which helps to plan what too print.

At first a test cube was printed just to see how it would print using my standard slicer settings for PLA and it printed the same if not better than the standard PLA brands that I've been using. I've been wanting to try rainbow filament for a while and now that I've decided to try Eryone Rainbow PLA and got some I realised I didn't actually know what I wanted to print with it. The piece I printed was in two parts so I did the base piece first so that when the two were put together the colour change continued as if it was printed as one, which has actually worked quite well.

There are around 13-15 meters per colour so for a decent range of all colours you need to print larger models that use around 100 meters of filament (1/3 of the roll) I used around 85 meters which missed part of the blue and the green colour off (last colour change) Even smaller items can have a decent range of colour change by having a high infill/supports to use up more filament.

So far I have been impressed by the quality that this filament prints and I already have another print on the go (will update pics once its finished) I highly recommend giving this filament brand a try you won't be disappointed and I think the Eryone gold/silver are going to have to be purchased at some point in the near future.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great rainbow filament in pastel shades
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 March 2019
The positives
I ordered this on using prime, the delivery turned up the next day (as expected). The filament itself has beautiful pastel shading which surprised me, the images on the advert displayed a more vibrant colour palette, however I was pleased with and i wanted to use it to print a chinese dragon model (pictured). Printing was very straight forward, temp was at 200 degrees, possibly a bit hot given the stringing between supports, at 60mms on my anycubic kossel linear plus delta machine. Given the complexity of the model and the fact it printed in one piece over 28 hours, the support structure was very complex. Luckily given my support settings I was able to remove the support structure very easily.

The Negatives:
The packaging wasn't great. The spool should have been vacuum sealed. It wasn't which bothered me a bit. However printing was fine. The spooling of the filament wasn't great, it was messy and not uniform which I found surprising as I have used Eryone filament a lot recently and I have always found the spooling to be brilliant, however so far no tangles and it hasn't affected the print.

I would buy the filament again, I do recommend it. Just worth noting the colours are not representative of the images on the add. I have given it 3 stars based on the packaging, spooling and the differing colours.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2020
I purchased the Eryone Rainbow Filament as I was interested in printing in more than one tone, as I had printed many single colour items and although they printed well they felt flat, they looked good but lacked finish. Obviously with groot I could have painted him as I did with the print that failed due to a power cut.
The filament itself is fantastic, the finish with the Eryone silk is superb and gives a wonderful finish. I had previously tried the yellow silk so was expecting similar results. I used the same settings gs that I had previously and the filament did not disappoint. The colours as shown are more pastel than I expected but this worked out perfectly. The setting on the printer for infill make a difference as does the overall size of the piece. This obviously effects the colours that are printed. My next piece will be slightly larger and with a higher infill to attempt to print more colours on the same item. I will purchase again as I feel the printed piece is more fun to look at than a standard colour.
Fantastic product.
