About the Author
Ann Lister is a native New Englander currently living on the island of Martha's Vineyard with her husband. She has pulled details from her years living in the New England area and uses many local settings and landmarks in her novels. After graduating art school, marrying, and raising two daughters, she established her own video production company. Her nearly two decades working in video production included work within the music industry and won her a coveted Telly Award. Her 'behind-the-scenes' exposure to the music world and her love of rock music is the inspiration for her erotic rock star romances. The Rock Gods series gave her Bestselling Author status on Amazon. Fall For Me, Book One in the series was a Finalist in the 2013 Rainbow Award. Each book in this series brings her two favorite elements together: musicians and the love between two men. These stories focus on what it truly means to love; love unconditionally, love without restrictions or labels, love without fear or judgment – to just simply love.

Two alpha males locked in a room, one bed, no where to hide, no where to run. Oh boy!! It was an usually set up but something had to be done before Ashton and Dante killed each other or they both got fired from the band. I mean at least their band mates cared enough to try and help. Not sure Ashton and Dante see it this way, YET!!
These guys got my blood pumping, I could feel the blood rushing around my body like a five year who ate too much candy, hehe!! This story was pure genius. I was turning the pages faster than lightening. It wasn't all about the lust you could feel that was making these guys tense. Secrets were revealed, heartbreaking secrets. You would have to have a heart of stone not to be affected by this story.
While tears were rolling down my cheeks, I took a deep breath to see where this story would go next. I was not disappointed, it was a remarkable read. I was impressed with the way the Author handle these characters, bringing them to life and the situations were very much credible.
If you haven't started your Rock Gods journey yet, you are truly missing out on a wild ride. Every book has given me such joy. I am sorry it's over. Yes, I know there is a book seven 'Beyond The Music' but I read that first. So this was my last edition in this exceptional series.
Thank you Ann Lister for bringing The Rock Gods into my life. I have throughly enjoyed the ride.
Ashton and Dante have always been close, we know something is off between them, they seem to have this love/hate thing going on, of course we have know idea what it is, we can only guess.
This series started in 2013 with Dagger and Ryan I remember it well because it was the first book I had read where both leads were Male. I was completely hooked not only because of that but it's the way Anne lister writes and portrays her stories and five or so books on from then I still feel the same way, can't get enough.!
You know Fighting His Fire is going to be brilliant because this author delivers all the time, there's never an once of dissapointmpent and the proof was defiantly in the title, there was certainly a lot of fire.
Throughout this book there were so many touching and vulnerable moments and some really delicate issues that related to Dante, all dealt with and incorporated well with the storyline, here we had two very strong alpha males that for most of the tiime wanted to tear each other apart be it for what ever reason and then in the next breath you were witnessing something else intirly.
Ashton and Dante's story is beautiful and Anne Lister never fails to give us what we want, she gets the balance spot on with equel amounts of emotion very endearing moments, drama and tension and not let's forget the sexual type too..!!I
I thought Dr Collins's character came across very real especially when Dante was seeing him at his home it felt so natural the way they were interacting was brilliantly portrayed.
Dante eventually overcame his issues it was a slow progress but with help from the good Doctor and Ashton's support he's able to move on and even more so after witnessing Ashton being attacked, it certainly put things into perspective fo both of them, to think at the beginning they were causing each other unessisay pain by fighting their feelings and love for each other in stead of embracing it, they just didn't realise it at the time but they got there in the end thank goodness.
I loved the epilogue again you can help absorbing everything that goes on it's just so addictive and now we have this problem with Lincloln or so it seems, being kept in the dark on that one, is Behind The Rock going to be about him?? I can't wait to find out..!!
