One of the better conspiracy thrillers I've read. I just finished reading it for the third time. I'm amazed at how many things I missed the first time reading this. A complex, intriguing effort. A fantastic first novel effort for a new author.
I really enjoyed this novel. I loved the Indian theme and all of the Indian characters seemed very real to me. The modern American youth may have bit too indulged for me, but their parents were good. Some of the American-isms were difficult for me to understand, but I'm a generation ahead of the main characters (I'm 74). Regardless, I thought the book was well written. Now, please make a movie or at least tell me how their lives pan out in subsequent novels (I want more)!!!!
Awesome! This is a very well written and exciting story. I couldn't put it down. It would make a really cool movie. I am immediately re-reading it so I don't miss anything. I love this author, hope he writes another book soon. I highly recommend this book.
As a first in the series, it sets up story lines for the next 2 episodes and having read the 3rd book already I can't give away too much, but the suspense builds as the book goes on. Although other reviewers enjoyed the India setting and it is central to the story, I found the dialog a bit trite. I work daily with professionals in India and I never hear the dialog that I read here. This is not to be negative, I think John Molik did a great job and I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did. I'll be moving on to the next episode and I can't wait.
