Dynamic techniques for turning fear, indecision and anger into power, action and love. The world's foremost producer of personal development and motivational audio programs now offers powerful tools to face the fears that keep so many people from attaining success. We're all afraid of something: beginnings, endings, changing, getting stuck-but fear doesn't have to be a barrier to happiness or success. In this dynamic, inspirational program, Susan Jeffers, Ph.D., teaches compassionate concepts and highly effective exercises that help unravel the complexities and reverse the effects of fear. By discussing such topics as the five truths about fears, how to weed negatives out of words and thoughts and how to develop goals that help extend selfimposed limitations, listeners discover that career growth, personal harmony, and financial rewards are all within reach.

Sometimes bad stuff happens and it will totally ruin your life/ mood/ day, and yet the author would say that this reaction is solely your own fault.
What could have been a decent realistic self help book was undermined massively by this naive pink and fluffy outlook.
I was impressed with her ideas that I bought her follow up book, "Feel the Fear and Beyond", and think the same of it.
