Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
This is a lovely book with some useful practical tips and advice and some nutritional pointers as well as a good collection of recipes. There are some good pictures which are helpful when knowing what to expect when you prepare your juice or smoothie. A handy and enjoyable reference book.
