Eating vegan doesn't have to be about ditching all your favourite meals and surviving only on lettuce - and Feed Me Vegan is here to help with that!
About the Author
Lucy Watson started her vegan journey in 2015, having been vegetarian from the age of 5. She is a PETA ambassador and RSPCA campaigner, as well as having launched her own cruelty-free make-up range, Basic Bitch. Lucy is a former Made in Chelsea cast member and lives in London.
In her first recipe book, Feed Me Vegan, Lucy Watson has you covered with tempting meals from breakfast to supper - as well as all the sweet treats and snacks you need in between!

The chilli is so much discussed that we now have 3 other couples coming round for a Vegan (mexican themed) dinner party! and the chilli and other bits from this book will be front and centre.
Do not bypass this book as despite now owning others and embracing plantbased eating, i go back to this book for my faves as well as new recipes.
I have now ordered another copy to gift to my friend.
However the recipes have proven to be very tasty and easy to make. I've used the book loads, made lots of food from it, with some even becoming firm favourites - the tofu scramble is a breakfast regular now. I've yet to make anything from the book that has been a disappointment. A good turn around considering I thought the book was a dud to begin with.
We are not vegan, but want to eat with a more ethical attitude. Fantastic ideas here.
Didn't love supporting a tv 'celeb', but have to say Lucy Watson has done her homework and got her name on a very good cookbook.
Ignore all the sickening photos and concentrate on the food and you will be pleased you bought this book (at a fraction of the rrp secondhand!)
