Are you afraid to start a new career ...end a stale relationship ...confront success, failure, death, rejection? Are you afraid of losing something - your job ...your money ...your mate? In this stimulating five-hour workshop, Susan Jeffers addresses a multitude of fears that affect people in all stages of development and offers specialised techniques designed to transform these fears into energy and action. We suggest that you use this four-cassette series of tapes in conjunction with Susan Jeffers' bestselling book "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway", which will deepen your comprehension and mastery of the concepts presented here and aid in accelerating your progress.

This tape is a guaranteed confidence and mood booster. Listening to it often has the best effect. I listen to it a lot and even though I know what comes next, it still makes me feel great. It is much better than some other tapes of this kind because it involves the listener much more.
We can really empathise with the students on the tape and there will doubtless be at least one issue which has affected every listener. More importantly, it really trains positive thinking for approaching any difficulties, whether featured on the tape or not.
