Great for longer term dieting and flexible workouts

Loved the first book and can't wait to start the new one. As much as the active plan is fairly similar to the previous book I can see how that book would be off putting for less active people so the sedentary plan is an amazing start. The gym plan looks great to progress to. The difference with this book is that the first one she states it's a transformation plan for a shorter period of time. This is more sustainable, there is chance for progression and you can do it for a longer period of time. I loved the 4 week blitz and did it last year with great results however it got monotonous after 2 cycles. I love that it's ok that we can mix this up with other types of workouts if we want to which will be great to break it up( honestly 20 minutes of burpees sounds like I'll vom but I'll give it a go. If it's actual torture I'll go on the treadmill for 20mins next workout 😂) Looking forward to getting started!
