Anyway I thought it was really good, it had me laughing. It appealed to my sense of humour. Not only that it is very true about dieting.
So anyone out there embarking on losing weight read the book first before you start these fad diets out there and buy unnecessary gadgets, it will save you a lot of money and heartache
On the way we get a good pounding on reality shows that humiliate their participants, useless diets and equally useless exercise equipment. Moral messages abound, some obvious and some subliminal, but all fit in well.
We end up with the simple message that if you really want something you have to put in the work to get it. Greg and Zoe do that in spades and their outcome is what they wanted.
