2.0 out of 5 stars great art but poorly translated 17 Dec. 2012
By Ms. Louise H. Harvey - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I actually borrowed this from our college library, and I'm glad I did because I might have regretted spending money purchasing it. The artwork and artists who are featured in the book are very talented and there is some amazing artwork contained in its pages, but the poor translation into English has really let it down. If you just want to look at the pictures, fantastic, buy the book. But if you want to read the substantial amount of behind the scenes info, and the interviews with the artists, then don't waste your money, as it won't make much sense!

3.0 out of 5 stars Mixed bag but still good 17 July 2013

There are many similar books out there. It depends how much you like these kind of arts. There are different styles, different skills or techniques. For fantasy art lovers they are probably all good, but if you have preference then it's hard to judge. I am open to all and found they are quite enjoyable and inspiring. Of course if you had seen enough then forget it.
