This series only gets better. Pamela Clare said it would be an emotional read and she wasn't wrong, but what I found was how funny it was too.

Being called a weed thief and the condom incident at the supermarket were hilarious. The twins were adorable and I had to slow down my reading when Daisy fell in the ice pond, although I was sure that Jesse would locate her - for a moment there I thought that wouldn't be the case.

Theirs were not a typical relationship - both had serious baggage, with Jessie deliberating not introducing himself to Ellie due to not wanting to be involved with a war widow, but when the did finally get together - boy was it explosive.

Looking forward to the next book in the series with bated breath.

Another wonderful book from this great author, she never disappoints. Great characters, Jesse and Ellie both struggling with grief come together but can they heal one another? No spoilers but I think I went through every emotion and ended crying a couple of times.
Definitely recommend this book and I will be waiting eagerly for the next in the series. I like that you meet up with the characters from previous books though they can be stand-alone reads IMO,
If you haven't read this author before try her I-Team series it's brilliant fast paced suspense with a good dose of romance thrown in, also her historic ones are great if that's more your thing.

Wow. Pamela Clare is a firm favourite author of mine and so I had high expectations for this book, expectations that were blown right out of the water. Falling Hard had me laughing and crying from beginning to end. Should you read it? Why haven't you finished it already?!
