Falcon needs little introduction, with a heritage stretching back to 1930. Through 80 years of innovation and design, Falcon has maintained its British routes and stands true to its foundations today. We are proud of our beginnings and trusted for always delivering quality and value to our loyal customers. Focusing on Mountains bikes and Hybrid bikes allows us to ensure we deliver on the important features of every model. Whether for juniors or adults, Falcon considers the customer and their needs, then design a bike to suit, from the frame down to the individual components. We won't cut corners at Falcon, ensuring that we only use tried and tested componentry from reputable brands such as Shimano, Sram & KMC. This is how we maintain our leading position of offering great value, reliable bikes that actually perform.
Please note that this bicycle is part assembled on delivery and therefore you will be required to fit certain parts and make setup adjustments to components such as the gears and brakes prior to use and also on an ongoing basis for maintenance purposes.
Road bikes are designed with the core function to be fast and efficient on tarmac. Road bikes have a longer frame than most other types of bikes in order to make you aerodynamic and to allow you to pedal efficiently when riding. Road bikes feature slick wheels, which are relatively narrow in order to reduce drag on the road and allow you to ride faster. They also feature traditionally thinner tubes to reduce weight in the frame.
Children’s road bikes and entry-level adult road bikes tend to be made from Steel frames, as they are hard-wearing and stiff. If you are looking for a lightweight, comfortable ride and your budget allows, then opt for an Alloy frame road bike as Alloy is lighter weight than Steel and offers great ride characteristics.
Light-weight drive systems from recognised brands such as Shimano can make a big difference to the ride by providing smooth gear shifting, whilst alloy components such as pedal cranks and handlebar stems will further reduce the weight of the bike. If it is speed and efficiency that you are looking for, whether for commuting or leisure then a road bike will be a great choice for you.

There is only 1 gear but it seems ideally set for all but the steepest of hills. I have not ridden a 'fixie' before so chose to use the freewheel side of the flip-flop hub until I get used to how the bike handles.
The design has attracted quite a few comments for passers-by as it looks pretty cool, and is styled to look more like a £400 bike. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a simple and stylish bike for urban riding.
I have used the product for a couple weeks now and did switch the wheel to the freewheel side and I absolutely love the simplicity especially when leaving it locked up in town without any worry.
Would recommend this bicycle to any one wanting something simple to ride without any hassle to assemble or maintain and way cooler than a boring MTB as it looks amazing.
