An evocative book that is bound to take the average reader back into their childhood, the simplistic style and flowing prose are tempting factors that make this autobiography as compelling as it is inspirational.
SO INTERESTING TO READ ABOUT PATTI'S CHILDHOOD UPBRINGING IN AFRICA, ROUTINES OF VILLAGE LIFE AND DEALING WITH
THE CONFLICTS OF THE BIAFRA WAR. ARRIVING IN LONDON, SHE RECALLS MANY SHOW BUSINESS NAMES 0F THE 70'S. ALL THE UPS AND DOWNS SHE HAD THEN WAS CHARACTER BUILDING.
THEN SHE GAVE SO MUCH BACK, DUE TO HER SUCCESS AS A SINGER, STARTING 'SUPPORT FOR AFRICA', OPENING CLINICS FOR
HIV AND MALARIA.
THIS WOULD BE A GOOD SUBJECT FOR THE TV SERIES 'WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE'.
