Product description

About the Author

Lynne Lawer has been creating fractal art on and off for more than 10 years since she saw a fractal art calendar, thought it was stunningly beautiful and determined to find out how the gorgeous patterns were made. She found a free fractal-making program and, between reading a basic user guide and playing with various drop-down boxes in the program, taught herself how to use it. She is still discovering new and exciting things about it so she can create new designs. Apart from playing with fractals, Lynne has enjoyed many other forms of arts and crafts over the years, including jewellery-making, pottery, making fascinators for weddings and dresses for jiving, model-making (out of card), wax art, oil painting, sketching, knitting and crocheting. She is hoping to find the time to try parchment work, gel candle-making, card-making and quilling as she has the equipment already! This is her first fractal greyscale colouring book.
