A compact but fully lashed style, for a subtle, airy look. Eylure Naturalites strip lashes enhance the natural beauty of your eyes. Suitable for all eyeshapes, they are ideal for regular wear or a special occasion. Note: Lash Glue and application and care instructions included in all packs.1) Lift the lashes from the tray with tweezers, applicator or your fingers (if they are glued across the lash, then ease them away from the half-moon using your thumbs in a downward motion, please do not pick off from the ends 2) Measure against your eye and if they are too long then, using sharp nail scissors, snip off a small section at a time until they are perfect. 3) Apply a thin line of the Eylure Lashfix glue to the lash band. Wait about 20-30 seconds until it becomes tacky before applying (this is where most applications can go awry). 4) Apply with tweezers, applicator or your fingers (whichever feels natural to you). We believe a tweezers/applicator will give you a more precise placement. Place from the middle of the eye first then adjust the edges so they follow your natural lash line. Press and hold for a few seconds. If you make a mistake, simply remove from the eye, take off the dried glue, reapply and go again.

As a veteran wearer of false eyelashes, Eylure sets the standard. It's key to get the right balance between being sturdy enough to last for a few wears and being too sturdy to mould to your eyelids: this set of Eylure lashes hits just the right spot. This 'Volume 70' set is perfect for a you-but-better look (rather than the raven's wing look!).
Another key consideration is the glue. In my experience, all the eyelash glue that comes with false eyelashes in those little squeezy tubes is a total waste of time. I chuck them away and use Eylure eyelash glue. With these lashes, a small tube comes with the box. Perfect.
Here are my top tips for applying false eyelashes:
- Get together everything you'll need: eyelashes, glue, mirror, nail scissors, eyeliner (optional), mascara (if needed), eye make-up
- If your natural lashes are not black, put mascara on your own lashes first so they'll blend in (do not put mascara on the false eyelashes)
- If you have good eyeliner (one that doesn't smear or drip), you can put on a slick of eyeliner on the eyelid right along the eyelash line (optional)

I'm sure some people really like wearing them, but I'm not that person.
The glue is a bit like Copydex, a rubbery, smelly white stuff.
The eyelashes, even though they look nice and feathery in the box, when worn, show the black line they're attached to, so unless you're wearing lots of eye make-up on your lids, they're going to show. I'm blonde so they really don't work for me.
They seemed well made, they didn't fall apart or come off, but when they were on I certainly could feel them.
Following the instructions on the back of the pack, I measured the lashes and found them to be the perfect length for my lashline. I then spread the glue along the edge of the first lashes and waited the required amount of time before applying it to my eyelid. I found it difficult to get in the right place - ie close to the natural lashline. When it did stick, I found the edge to be sharp and it was uncomfortable when I opened my eyes. After just a few seconds, the lash started to come off.
Assuming that I just needed to practice getting the lashes in the right place, I tried the other eye. This time, immediately that I placed the lash on my eyelid, the glue started to really sting. I had to remove the lash immediately and wash thoroughly to remove all traces of the glue. That was it for me, the lashes went straight in the bin. I do not know what caused this reaction between the glue and my eyelid but I was not prepared to risk it again.
As with most lashes they're very long so they'll likely need to be trimmed at the outside edge to fit. I've tried most of the other styles that Eyelure put out and they range from anything between full on dramatic that won't look out of place on the stage, and barely there and hardly worth the effort. These fall in between the two and they'd be almost perfect were it not that they're a little long in the lash. I wear glasses some of the time and I find there's not enough room behind the lenses to blink and not have them rub. It's very slight though and something I'm prepared to work with because the lashes themselves are so pretty and natural looking. If you don't wear glasses you won't have that problem. I don't like the glue used and prefer to use my own but that would probably be the case no matter what lashes I'm using. Some people swear by Eyelure glue and were it not for the stuff I usually use I'd probably be a fan too but it's likely just personal preference. I'm using a tube that came with a generic pair of lashes and has no name that I can find on the glue. It's brilliant stuff though and when it runs out I don't know what I'll do. Probably learn to love the Eyelure stuff I expect. These come with a latex glue which I don't have a problem with but it's worth noting if you have latex allergies. The lashes stay on well and don't feel uncomfortable after a long day wearing them.
They're very pretty and whispery looking and considering the price (at time of writing) they seem a bargain.Read more ›

Does not suit my eye shape and looks very cheap on in my opinion. Glue is good. Have never liked Eylure lashes personally so will be loyal to my other brand from now onPublished 11 hours ago by shabba
