I don't seem to get enough of Jeffrey Archer's books. Excellently written, unfortunately when you've read this book you wish there were more stories. His short stories are just as well written as his novels which I also love to read. - Great

A good story, well written and well worth the money. Having read most of Jeffrey Archers books I particularly like his short stories.

I am a real fan of Jeffrey Artcher books and this is an excellent read so I have no hesitation in recommending it. I find reading short stories really useful when travelling. It arrived promptly and was well packed.

I seem to be out of kilter with others who have already written reviews of this short story..... but everybody has different opinions.....
Everything began well _ characters were introduced and the story moved on quickly. I was really enjoying it and couldn't wait to see how it would all end ...... and then it suddenly ended! Very abruptly! I thought I might have missed something so I 're-read the last few pages - but I still couldn't see the point and I was left "hanging", feeling most disappointed.

The story was well written and had a lot of promise, but just didn't deliver for me .... however, I aim to read another short story by Archer soon - just to see if this one is typical.

This is Jeffrey Archer at his best again. Always lulls you into a false sense of security and gives you a twist somewhere. The only problem is that these short reads are not long enough!

A very good story however as the title suggests it is a short read and doesn't warrant being called a book
Overall I was disappointed as it was not value for money
