Product description

'This revised edition of Exploring Internal Communication provides an expanded and valuable collection of insights into what has become widely recognised as one of the most critical dimensions of organisational communications. Offering an insightful range of both theoretical as well as practical perspectives of internal communication, this is an invaluable addition to the bookshelves of both students and professional communicators.' Danny Moss, University of Chester Business School, UK 'Exploring Internal Communication is the essential primer for both students and practitioners keen to understand the roots and dynamics of internal communication. The breadth of research is impressive, as is the effort made to provide a clear, coherent line of sight from theory to practice. For all the rigour, it remains an accessible read with a strong narrative appeal.' Steve Doswell, Chief Executive, Institute of Internal Communication, UK 'Ruck's updated title is the most comprehensive available on a topic that is ever-evolving ... this heavily academic work brings heft to its subject matter and will be invaluable to students in particular.' People Management, May 2015 'An inspiring book on international communication. A must read for all professionals. It is widely researched with lots of references. The contributors are experts in their areas thus adding an immense value... This book is useful for practitioners, academicians, students and professional communicators.' M.S. Rao, International leadership expert and author of 30 books on leadership, Amazon.com review, May 12, 2015
