i ordered mine via epedited order back on may the 3rd 2009 and it hasn't even arrived today, which has really annoyed me so my answer to you is: no the estimates given are rubbish.

In reply to an earlier post on 10 Nov 2009, 14:52:39 GMT
I can relate to you and I am incredibly annoyed. I may no longer be using amazon in the future as this always happens to me with every order I place.

G. Garcia says:
This is ridiculous. I don't think it's a question of ordering it here or elsewhere. For us consumers it questions more the reliability and usefulness of pre-ordering. The point of pre-ordering should be to reserve a copy so as to securely get it on time. The fact that shops take this lightly undermines that point. We should not be talking of our pre-ordered deliveries arriving on time as a favour from amazon, because it is a service that we pay, and will be willing to pay if it works. My copy has not arrived yet, I'm not desperate to play as I have a lot of work, but it is nonetheless insulting to us who pre-ordered... even more when you think (despite the recent price drop) that we were willing to pay £45 for it...
