Bought this chair nearly 1.5 years ago. Not too long for a chair right? Well mine was pretty much broken after 6-7 months. The hydraulics slowly sag, so you find yourself on the floor every 30 minutes or so having to 'top yourself up' to get back to desk height. The chair creaks like crazy, even after lots of WD40 it will go back to creaking a week later. Some of the stitching has come undone, and the cushion/padding went exceptionally flat and uncomfortable a few months after buying it.
Would not recommend. The only reason I have placed it on 2 stars is because, technically, I can still use it and I would not describe it is uncomfortable. So for me it is usable, and I will ride it out until it falls apart, and then I will spend a bit more money next time and purchase one that will last me several years. I still expected this chair to last me a lot longer given the price I paid for it.
