"Shrigley's art, like a psychotic version of Matt Groening's Life in Hell cartoons, gives a voice to those aspects of ourselves that we most fear and try to keep hidden, but have always longed to express."

By K. Quillin - Published on Amazon.com

yes, it's true...postcards are high on the list of endangered species. you didn't know? luckily for you, you can help bring them back to life and amuse yourself and others at the same time. impossible you say? not after you've read this book of postcards. i know they're hilarious, and it's tempting to keep them to yourself. please, think of the postcards. send them along, and help save a piece of our postal history.

I picked this book up in a store and laughed so hard that I keep buying it and giving it to friends with the same twisted sense of humor. Funny stuff.

HASH(0x97c3d1c8) out of 5 stars Don't waste your money; these aren't even funny. 11 Jun. 2014
By Kelly Sherlock - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Cards Verified Purchase
There are only 3 cards maximum in here that are even tolerable/decent- and even those aren't great. The other 19 cards are pure rubbish. I bought these thinking that they would be a sarcastic and funny set, but they are not entertaining at all. They are downright lame. They make you roll your eyes and leave you wondering WTF (and NOT the good kind of WTF!) And the "artist" who designed these is horrible at drawing. I did better scribbles in kindergarten. The evil thoughts are neither evil nor humorous. I think this guy must have been on crack when he made these cards. Skip this book for sure!
