A delightful read.

Pretty Poppy Jackson is a twenty-five-year-old career girl whose dreams of meeting Mr Right are somewhat hampered by her keen dedication to work.
Likeable in every way, Poppy is a loyal, conscientious young woman who approaches life with a glass-half-full mindset and I found myself rooting for her from beginning to end.
Author Tina-Marie Miller draws us into a corporate world of stockbroking firms, gala dinners and secret infatuations. Atypical of most bed-hopping city boys, blue-eyed dreamboat, Oliver Sullivan, abstemiously refrains from kissing Poppy on their first two meetings, despite emotionally sweeping her off her feet.
There is a charming, romantic innocence about the book, but this illusion is shattered by the injection of distressing events and calamitous misconstruances (I wished at one point that I could have stepped inside the story and berated one of the characters for dealing Poppy a terrible injustice).
Miller weaves a love-tangled web and there is something of a Bridget Jones vibe to parts of the story.
This was altogether a delightful read and I look forward to more by this author.
