"Everton FC On This Day revisits all the most magical and memorable moments from the club's distinguished past, along with quirky anecdotes and legendary characters with an entry for every day of the year. From the club's Victorian roots to the modern era, it's a fascinating read." --Liverpool Echo
"A unique and entertaining way of presenting our history. The book contains some of my favourite photos too, many sepia tinged, and some I haven t seen before. A favourite has always been the picture of Dixie Dean collecting the FA Cup in 1933 from the Duke and Duchess of York the future King George VI and Queen Elizabeth it always brings a lump to the throat. This book was clearly a labour of love for Neil Roberts and it delivers. Anyone looking for a stocking filler to bring a Christmas morning smile to the face of a Blue, or an Evertonian parent seeking to initiate a young daughter or son, then this is the perfect gift." --Dixie's Sixty
