Of course, at the end, Big Sister is the only one who can comfort the baby when she cries after her injection, and "Mum and Dad say baby Susan is EVER So, EVER SO lucky to have a big sister like me!"
Lovely book. Another one that will be useful in the arsenal of parents having a second baby when the older one is aged 3-7 or so. I'd also suggest "There's a house inside my mother" for during pregnancy.
