The most important chapter is 14, and it's the one those who consider themselves 'New Evangelists' need to read most. It's a reminder to those who see their mission to 'fix everybody else', those 'dead Catholics' in their parish. There is a toxic air of objectification and superiority towards any Catholics who aren't like themselves.
One of the reasons I left Evangelicalism was the predominance of pietism, or two-tiered view of congregations, found especially in the idea of others requiring a 'second blessing'. To me, the attitude of these Protestant-styled 'Evangelists' seems more 'Keswick' than Catholic.
