Product description

Synopsis

Bill Shankly's legendary attitude to football was enough to place him in the football hall of fame, but here is a humorous collection of his other memorable quips and witticisms, on and off the football pitch.

About the Author

Broadcaster, author and journalist John Keith spent more than 30 years on the Daily Express northern sports desk. He currently hosts the BBC Radio Merseyside Saturday phone-in, and covers football for Ireland's national radio service, RTE. He is currently writing a biography of Everton star Dixie Dean, also published this year by Robson Books.
