I have been reading in the press lately about certain products that can cause allergies.I am thinking of Make Up. I think some doctors are concerned about this. So I decided to look into Natural products. I have read about this in the past and I do use essential olls, for cleansing etc. I found this book by Pamesh Y. Good. I have read similar before so a lot of what I read was not new. However is you have never read about this subject before, it is a very good book to start with.

This eBook is incredibly poorly written and full of inaccuracies. Most worryingly, there seems to be little regard to safe concentration levels for the use of essential oils - for example a full teaspoon of tea tree oil is recommended for use in a single face mask application, and one recipe calls for three tablespoons (equiv of about 680 drops) of eucalyptus oil in a single hair treatment - normal essential oil dilution for use in the hair would be in the range of 20 drops per 100ml of fluid, due to the danger of eye irritation.
