About the Author
Celia Coyne is a freelance writer and editor living in Christchurch, New Zealand. She has published non-fiction books and numerous feature articles; her short fiction has appeared in various journals and anthologies. When she came to New Zealand in 2009, she fell in love with the sky and has been photographing it ever since. You can see some of her photographs in this book. Celia's journey with mantra meditation began in the 1990s, when she read 'The Path of Practice' by Bri Maya Tiwari. Since then, mantras have helped her through many of life's ups and downs, including the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. 'Essential Mantras for Everyone' combines Celia's photography with a straightforward, concise introduction to 18 mantras. Celia firmly believes that anyone can benefit from the use of mantra as part of a regular spiritual practice. You can find more of her writing and photographs on www.mybeautifulsky.com and she is also on Instagram @mybeautifulskyphotos

I had little knowledge of the different mantras and enjoyed this book as it was very simple to follow not arduous to read and understand.
The author explains that to make life truly beautiful one also needs to understand the basic truths with which we are born or the basic instincts inherent in us all.
As I immersed in the potent energy of these mantras I felt a sense of fulfilment and empowerment.
The icing on the cake for "Essential Mantras for Everyone" is Celia Coyne's photography, well chosen photographs to accompany each mantra.
